2. What This Is About

We only process data that is necessary to operate the website, respond to inquiries, and—if you consent—send the newsletter. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising tracking.

3. When visiting the website

When you visit the site, the host (Webland, Switzerland) stores standard technical data: IP address, date, page viewed, and browser. This is done for operational and security purposes. These logs are not used for profiling and are deleted after the period customary for the host.

4. Contact and Feedback Form

If you write to us or send us feedback, we will store the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, message, rating).

Purpose: To process your inquiry or publish feedback (on our website, we only display the first initial of your first name when we publish text).
Basis: your request and our legitimate interest in maintaining professional communication.
Storage: for as long as the request requires; feedback will be stored for as long as it remains on the website or until you request its deletion.

Emails are sent through our email server at Webland (Switzerland).

5. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

If you sign up in the footer, your email address will be sent to Mailchimp (Intuit, USA). You'll confirm your subscription via email (double opt-in).

Purpose: To send out our newsletter.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by welcome@secret-tantra.ch revoke.

Mailchimp stores and processes the data in the United States. We use it only because the newsletter cannot be operated otherwise. Details: mailchimp.com/legal.

6. Reservation

You can book appointments at secrettantra.ch. This is a separate website. The information and terms and conditions listed there apply. We only receive from them the information necessary to organize the appointment.

7. Cookies

We do not use any analytics or marketing cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be generated by the hosting service or the form (e.g., for security purposes). They are required for the site to function.

8. Disclosure

No data sales. Data is shared only

• to Webland (hosting, email),
• to Mailchimp (newsletter, only after signing up),
• to government agencies, if we are required to do so by law.

9. Retention Period

We delete data when the purpose no longer applies and there is no legal obligation preventing us from doing so.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction, or disclosure of your data, as well as revoke your consent. Please write to welcome@secret-tantra.ch.
